1. Log In: Access the Virtual Scale platform with your credentials.
2. Go to the Team Section: Navigate to the "Teams" section in the sidebar to create and manage your virtual workforce.
3. Create a Team: Set up your first team by providing a team name and any additional details required.
4. Create and Configure an Employee:
- Set Main Instruction: Define the overarching guidance your AI employee will follow when interacting with customers.
- Create Knowledge Base: Insert a website URL so the AI can automatically gather information, or manually add details.
- Select a Script: Choose a predefined script to guide your AI employee’s responses.
- Voice & Channels: Pick the employee’s voice profile and select which channels (voice calls, WhatsApp, SMS, website widget) they will use.
5. Phone Number Section: After setting up your first employee, go to the "Phone Numbers" section, purchase a phone number, and assign it to your AI employee.
6. You’re Ready to Call: Once you have a configured employee and a dedicated phone number, you can start making and receiving calls powered by your AI agent.
